Who I am

Irka Byrka is a small ceramics and illustration studio in Amsterdam run by Ira. If you have any questions about your data, email hello@irkabyrka.com.

What I collect

When you send a booking request or a message through this website, I receive your name and email address and, if you add them, your Telegram, WhatsApp or Instagram handle, the session you are interested in, the number of people and your message.

Why I use it

I only use your details to reply to you, arrange and confirm your workshop and let you know when your pieces are ready to pick up. I don't sell or share your details with anyone, and I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask me to.

Where it is stored

This website runs on Squarespace. Form submissions are processed by Squarespace and sent to my email inbox.

How long I keep it

I keep your details only as long as needed to arrange your booking and stay in touch about it. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Squarespace. Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I have about you by emailing hello@irkabyrka.com. If you are not happy with how your data is handled, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
